Chery Arezer 8 is a new compact sedan launched by Chery Automobile, which belongs to the flagship model of the Arezer series and is officially launched on July 12, 2023.

Arezer 8 adopts the latest design language of Chery Automobile, with dynamic body lines and stylish appearance, and the target market positioning is inclined to young consumer groups, emphasizing the combination of sports and advanced sense.

As the first flagship sedan of Chery's 4.0 technology platform, Arezer 8 applies Chery's latest technological achievements in intelligence, safety, and power system.

Arezer 8 is available in two power options: a 1.6T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 197 HP (145 kW) and a maximum torque of 290 nm; 

And the more powerful 2.0T engine, which can produce 254 horsepower. Both are matched with an efficient drivetrain, including a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and an 8-speed manual self-contained transmission, both in a front-drive layout.

According to professional tests, the 1.6T top model of Arezer 8 (Advanced version) achieved 7.31 seconds (go) to 7.59 seconds (return) in the 0-100km/h acceleration test, with an average of about 7.45 seconds, and the braking distance from 100km/h to 0 is about 38.12 meters, which reflects the better dynamic performance and braking efficiency of the vehicle.

The interior design focuses on luxury and technology, including large seats, good riding space, abundant storage space, and intelligent features such as large center screen, multi-functional steering wheel, SONY sound system and so on.
